Equity360 was founded by Sumeet Seraf, who has spent over 12 years in investment banking. The firm works to a simple approach: understand each business properly, present it clearly to the right investors, and manage the process through to close.
We take on a limited number of mandates each year so we can stay closely involved in each one. We measure our work by the deals that close and the companies that grow.
